If I could leave no stars I would! This is by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had! I asked for coffin shape and it was so uneven! The tech left glue all over my nails and my fingers! And literally botched my nails! When I asked them to fix it they told me that it wasn’t their fault and it was my own fault. Which makes absolutely no sense!

Not evenly shaped and lumpy. The tech didn’t push back or remove the cuticle so there’s acrylic on top of the cuticle or large gaps, and the acrylic was over the fingernail onto my skin. One gel nail It fell off in the store itself the gel nails generally doesn’t happen until we visit store again. Worst worst worst ever people they are so rude not at all listening have been saying it’s hurting one of nail started bleeding, doesn’t even listen what you say. DO NOT go here. I stopped in to get my nails freshened up, but left with bleeding cuticles, crooked, lumpy nails, uneven lines, and over charged the amount I was told it was. $61.14 is a ridiculous price for such an awful experience and having to argue with a woman who clearly has no idea how to do nails or talk to people. The tech didn’t remove all of the S&S from my last manicure, then blamed the terrible shaping on the last manicure I had and said my fingers are the problem.

I hate to complain because I feel bad BUT I like to get what I pay for. The man who did my nails was nice and the lady who fixed mine was nice but I pointed out there was glitter in my nails and I didn’t get glitter and they’re just messy nails. They look good from far away but there is sooooo many flaws. They’re not clean at all. She attempted to fix them but they weren’t fixed and I just got the point where I said whatever because she seemed irritated I asked her to fix them. Definitely not satisfied
