This place is amazing!!! Kathy took care of my nails exactly how I wanted and kept making sure I liked them. She took her time and had a great conversation in the meantime. The other guy kept cracking jokes and making my visit worth it. Highly recommend 🙂

Hi, I would say Kathy is good as she did my aunts nails but Joe is not professional, when I try to put my hand inside the uv cabinet and messed up on my one nail he kind of seemed very unhappy as he had to do it again. I feel disrespectful. Not to worth to have it from him. Not a good customer service by the employee.

Dissapointed! I felt rushed. They dried my nails nit enough then i went to open car door and one finger got smudged-went back so they could fix it -they didnt fix it they said i should be doing gel. I didnt want gel -why i felt forced to pay more people used to do regular polish and i am sure they did not go to salon to have nice manicure for 5 min.

Called around 930 AM to ask if they had availability for me and my niece (who is 10) for 11 AM, specifying that we needed to sit together and that I have a 2:30 PM appointment. They told me to come at 11:30 AM and I again confirmed whether they will be able to actually take us at 11:30 AM because if not, that’s fine. I just needed to know we would be out in time. They reassured me and told me to come in. Got there and it was clearly very busy. Told us to wait ten fifteen minutes. Another 30-40 minutes go by and we get to our pedicure chairs. After a very rushed and unpolished pedicure, I was told to sit and dry my toes. The artist working on me then began another woman’s manicure. It was now 12:45 PM. I told the owner that I will not get a manicure and to just do my niece’s as I do not have the time to wait while this person’s manicure is finished then start mine. I told him I wish they had been honest from the beginning about the time it would take rather than just saying five more minutes. He started yelling at me (in front of my 10 year old niece) that this happens at every salon and they ran late etc. Then said “plus your toes aren’t dry yet.” Been getting manicures as long as I can remember and never had to finish drying my toes in order to start my manicure. They clearly just want to get as many people as possible but it’s the worst possible way to build a customer base as it is so inconsiderate of people’s time and day. I came here because I was on a time crush. Otherwise, I usually go to Nail Concept in Old Bridge who are amazing, take their time per manicure and pedicure, and are very honest about whether they can give you an appointment without making you wait. Even my ten year old niece walked out of this place saying “I never want to come back here.”

Was able to walk in no appointment on a Sunday which is a plus Got a french gel pedicure and it is perfect! The man there who did the pedicure took his time asked if everything was okay a few times and followed what I was looking for which was a thin white line! he made sure his work was perfect and for that I gave him a nice tip! They also accept apple pay which is convenient!
