Everytime I go to Princess Nails I always have a wonderful experience specially with my nail tech lady Cindy. She is so talented, patient, and very professional. Every time I get my nails done by her I always get compliments on how beautiful my nails are and I always let her freestyle on my nails and she doesn’t fail my nails always turn out more then what I expected.

The atmosphere is very comfortable, however none of their gel polish match a regular color. Cindy waited until she did my nails to say she couldn’t do my pedicure due to me being ten minutes late due to very bad weather a rain storm. So I had to settle for only a polish change in which didn’t even match my nails. I feel they need to know that customers come first and to have more of an understanding to customers and get better matching polish..

One of the worst experiences I been through I go to the salon wait like 30 minutes other client arrives 20 minutes after me attends her first I was mad already so I leave the salon then an employee chases after me saying to sit at table number 1 I sit down waiting another 10 minutes then the nail tech comes to do my nails rushes threw out the whole process my nails were uneven and didn’t match my other hand at all then leaves then I’m waiting 5 minutes for mike he did a horrible job on shaping my nails leaving bumps on my nails he didn’t even paint them fully and dropping a piece of his hair on my nail then paints over it I told him that doesn’t work them scraps it off then painted it I asked for 3 lines on my two ring fingers totally uneven they were definitely not worth 40$ FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN
