I will not be coming back to this place. About a month ago, I came here to get a gel manicure and my eye brows done. A woman named Anna did my nails, and I liked the fact that she cleaned her tools in front of me. When I came back 2 weeks later, another lady did my gel manicure, and it didn’t last for a week before it started cracking and peeling. Today, Anna did my nails, and they were horrible. While doing them, she noticed the gel was rippling due to the UV machine and tried to fix them. On top of that, she filed my nails on the side after applying the polish. In the pictures you can still see nail polish on the sides of my fingers and bubbling on the top after she was done. She showed me my nails proudly when she knew they looked horrible. When it came time to pay, the ATM was broken. So, I had to use the one next door. She asked to hold my phone as collateral which I understood. Then, when I came back, I saw that she just left my phone on the nail desk for anyone to grab. Unacceptable service! I will not be coming back.

Good for emergencies only. Careful getting a pedicure. They don’t care much for cleaning throughout the day. I used to go for years but I just can’t anymore. Usually packed and not clean. Kelly purposely lies about how many people she has in front of you to people she doesn’t want to give pedicures too. Ken and Annie are still great though.

My wife went in for a pedicure, I sat next to her because it was early and empty. An Asian woman began to soak then scrub her feet less than 5 minutes , the Asian woman said ok good . My wife said my feet are still rough and pointed to one of the foot files next to the woman and said that’s the one they use for my feet . The Asian woman got real angry and said “you done you don’t need that”. Then she got up and began yelling to another Asian woman in a different language . There was another nail worker next to us , my wife said to her what’s her problem. The worker said “she only does eyebrows she doesn’t do anything else she has no customers ” . The Asian woman came back and said to the worker next to us “you shut fxxk up or I fxxk you up”. At that point my wife said I’m done don’t do anything else. The Asian woman said you give me $10.00 now. There are 4 nail salons on this block , will never come back here or recommend this location. Awful service don’t subject your self to untrained people just looking to make a buck.
