Owner was extremely welcoming! After my recent move my nails looked horrible andreally needed some care. I initially planned to remove my gel and go with a basic manicure due to the fact that I had damaged some nails so badly. They did such a good job fixing the nails that I damaged that I decided to stay with a gel. I honestly didn’t think they’d look as good as they did after she finished the manicure part. The technician really took her time throughout the whole process. I’ve been coming here for 2yrs and it’s definitely the best nail salon I have been to. Susan treats her customers with patience and understanding. She strives to make sure the customer is always happy and satisfied! Her motto is if my customers are happy I’m happy! If it’s last minute, Susan always finds time to fit me in. They always take the time to do an amazing job and the pedicure is sooooooooo relaxing! I always get the dip powder mani. She does an amazing job with my nails. They last 3-4 weeks sometimes 5 weeks! She is very knowledgeable about the nail industry and if you ask her questions she will take the time and explain to you. So if your in the Medford area and need a manicure, pedicure or waxing try Princess Nails!
