I started going to Princess Nails about 2 months ago, my feet were a mess and I had no fingernails, they take great care of me and takes pride in their work. My feet look fantastic, I can wear sandals with confidence, and my fingetnails are getting so long for the first time in my life. 100% recommend them all the girls are awesome, I use Lily exclusively, she does great work.

Didn’t have my wash my hands before painting so painted over all the dust, they were all streaky some with blobs, and at the end he poured CUTICLE oil ALL over my hands. Worst experience ever. First of all I would like to mention that my sister and I came in at 6:30 pm asked for eyebrows done, pedicures, and she wanted a full set. All the tools that they used are unsanitary and used on everyone. They did not use gloves when doing pedicures and the nail technicians had long nails with dirty underneath. As you can see in my profile photo that my eyebrows are full. After I opened my eyes, when the lady did my eyebrows she took all my eyebrows off and it’s paper thin straight. I wish I can post a pic of what they look like and I was so upset. They said my eyebrows were uneven in the first place when i said I just wanted it cleaned up a little not take all my eyebrow hairs off. And second, they are uneven. One is thinner than the other.. literally looks like straight lines and it’s horrible. So I noticed that they didn’t take time doing my toes. They were fast and let smudges. I mentioned and they said it was my fault when I didn’t move my feet at all after they put my feet in sandals they provided. I will never return from this experience because it’s honestly disgusting in there and there were several flies in there. Flies keep hitting water of different people places for pedicures. As you can see my eyebrows in pic was full and look at them now, horrible.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI decided to go get a manicure and pedicure the other day. My experience was HORRIBLE! The older woman that did my manicure and pedicure hurt me. It was NOT relaxing or comfortable AT ALL! Worst afternoon ever! On top of the bad experience, I’ve got an infection now that I did not have prior to the woman doing my pedicure. I had to go to the doctor and get antibiotics because of the infection! I’m NOT HAPPY! Will not be going back for any services there! I decided to go get a manicure and pedicure the other day. My experience was HORRIBLE! The older woman that did my manicure and pedicure hurt me. It was NOT relaxing or comfortable AT ALL! Worst afternoon ever! On top of the bad experience, I’ve got an infection now that I did not have prior to the woman doing my pedicure. I’ve been here twice and have loved how my nails came out. I brought my sister the first time and it was kinda a painful experience. They were huffing and puffing and rolling eyes during our mani/pedis. I felt really bad about being there. I figured maybe they just had a long day and I decided to return. The second time I felt just as uncomfortable. I don’t expect them to be smiling while doing my nails, but the atmosphere and vibe is very awkward and unprofessional. Also, while my nails were soaking my technician began filing her VERY long and dirty nails that kept pinching me as she filed my nails with the same tools she proceeded to use on me. Unsanitary salon.

Came in for a pedicure and a set of acrylics and I like that they work late hours they took me in with no appointment at 6:00pm on a tuesday night. But i am not happy with the quality of both , one of the acrylics nails felt of the next day , unfortunately i was going on a trip and i was unable to fix. The pedicure was ok not impress as the color chipped as well .
