Not great! They are welcoming and clean but my manicure with gel nail polish wasn’t the best. I always get that in other place and the gel nail polish takes days to vanish unfortunately the one I got done a couple of hours ago already vanished I won’t be back there.

i was taken aback at how wonderful princess nails was! the service was astounding! Coco did my nails flawlessly, put up with me changing my mind a million times, and gave me the best massage i have ever had. truthfully one of the best experiences i’ve had at a nail salon! they were quick, but not rushed and the place was very sanitary. i absolutely will be returning!

Very upset had my nails done on Saturday, asked for gel they didn’t listen, felt like my daughter, mother and I were a burden to them. Critical: Quality, ValueSo I came here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I paid $75 plus a $10 tip. Which is already a little pricey. Both of my thumbs started peeling off an hour after I got home! I’ve never had gel do that, then I look down on my toes and they are messed up as well. I know for sure my toes were dry because I was there for over 2 hours. On top of all that, the lady filed my nails down sooo thin, my nails hurt. I called them because it’s crazy to me that I paid that much money and my nails didn’t even last a full day. So I came here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I paid $75 plus a $10 tip. Which is already a little pricey. Both of my thumbs started peeling off an hour after I got home! I want to start by saying that my boyfriend and I got a great pedicure. Very thorough and came out nicely. I got a full acrylic set, I love having long nails so I figured I would give this place a try since I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a while. Only 3 days later one of the nails snapped off with ease…then the next day another nail snaps off!! I’ve never gotten a full set before and only had it last 4 days ☹. I notice pressure cracks on the other nails so I’m just going to clip them all off. I am very careful with my long nails and even being careful they snap right off. Also one of the nails is already starting to lift. For $45 these nails should have lasted me at least 3 weeks! I’ve never had nails snap off so easily and quickly! Very disappointed with full set. I advise not to get long nails here, they will not last you more than a week unfortunately.

If I could give 0 stars I would… I got a pedicure done and that lady did a great job! However my nails, first of all I showed them a picture of a French tip style and they told me they don’t do that. It’s 2022 how you don’t do a basic French tip with a design. Second, the lady that was doing my nails kept getting up to go and deal with customers at the front and to answer the phone. Why don’t you have a receptionist with such a big Nail and spa place. Third, the lady seemed very rude, told me they don’t have nomore colours when I asked. I also got square shaped nails and they are the thickest more ugliest nails I have ever had and they said they don’t have gems! It’s 2022 and you guys don’t have so many things please close the store and take 2 weeks to figure out what a real nail salon is supposed to be like!

Absolutely horrible I will never go back there I have an infection in my thumb now they ripped the nail when they were taking off the old polish but it gets even worse I asked for a French they put this horrible pink on and then put the white on top of it and I was like What what is that so they had to take that off and they wanted to use that file again on May the reason I found out she ripped the nail was they had to soak the old stuff off now two days later they’re all chipped it cost me $60 for the manicure pedicure
