I have been coming here for the past 4-5 years. Although everyone is great here, I always see Ruby for Gel manicure and pedicure. She always gives it her 100%. After every step, she always asks you to check your nails to make sure you are satisfied with it. I’ve gotten to know her over the past years, but she always keeps things professional at the salon.

I came in with pictures but was told they couldn’t do what I wanted. I was out of time to find another place so I settled for something less appealing. The lady appeared irritated and was kind of rough with my nails. By the time she was done, I decided to fix the shape myself at home. Won’t be going back.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis was my first and last time I will come here… I came in as a walk in just for a pedicure I understand they were all with a customers however I don’t appreciate it when I asked the lady in the front how long approximately?she said 15 minutes I said ok that’s fine since I was the only one in the waiting area well I waited an hour because they kept taking other costumers saying they had appointments well my thing is you should have common courtesy to tell me this in the beginning as I walked in and not have me here waiting I could have gone somewhere else, even the people with appointments had to wait like 15-20 minutes.. they are slow! I will never come here again.. I want to tell you how impressed I was with this place. I am notorious for my nails (as in “just cut the fingers off: she’s a lost cause). I work with my hands and I get hang nails that I constantly pick at. I am almost always embarrassed by my hands. Today, I decided it was time to treat myself to something pretty. I walked in before they technically opened and was immediately greeted by someone who asked if I wanted to get my nails done. I replied that I did and I was informed that there were 5 people with appointments coming in and it would be an hour of waiting. I didn’t mind. I spent at least 30 minutes deliberating on colors and whether I should have glitter or color changing polish. Before I knew it, I was being helped. The guy spent a lot of time on my hands and never made me feel ashamed of my tattered cuticles. He gave me some advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future and assured me it was normal. By the end I felt so pretty and I am very satisfied with the service, cleanliness and facility. I will go back for sure.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! If they can, they will totally rip you off!! I went in to just get a gel fill(even cut down my nails myself) and they charged me $30.00. They are lucky I just paid it. However, I knew that there was something I could do and that was report them to BBB, the Better Business Bureau. Who do they think they are doing this. This is unacceptable! I hope that BBB does something about this, because they can’t get away doing this to other people.
