They always do my nails pretty nicely but every time I get a pedicure here it’s not good. I just got my toes done Saturday, today is Wednesday and the gel polish on my big toe has rubbed off because there was a huge bubble in it. I’ll probably just stick to getting my nails done for now on.

Critical: ValueI got the collagen pedicure which was great. After I got a lime green dip manicure with cheetah decorations on two fingers on each hand. The decorations were done very well. All for $133 (before tip).The salon is very dark also. Now for the bad. The dip was terrible. It did not cover the entire nail on each side of just about every nail, the filing left my nails in an “L” shape telling me this was a skinny square shape. This is on my natural nail. The dip was very uneven on the tips of my nails- almost see through. When I called the next day and spoke to the manager and told him what happened. He told me she could use this as a “learning experience” and wanted me to come back in right at that moment. I couldn’t but told him I could be there on Monday. His response was “what ever will make you happy!” in a very condescending tone. For the amount I paid for both services, I wasn’t looking for a teaching moment or someone to learn how to do dip on me. The picture is right after I left the salon. The salon was so dark that I couldn’t tell. kicking myself in the butt. I’ve come here a few different times.It’s typical I’d have to wait even after my appointment time to get started. One time I even waited 40 additional minutes. Yet and still I sucked it up because usually I’d get what I want done on my nails. Yesterday however, I went for a pedicure. All of the gel polish completely lifted off one of my toenails last night. My appointment was at 11am, the polish lifted at 9:30ish pm. Wasn’t out partying, being rough, or anything. I was laying in bed when it happened. A $75 waste. Definitely my final straw. Looking for a new nail shop in Louisville.
