So after researching the different techs on Instagram and choosing a specific tech for my appointment the person was not available. This was fine and the person they selected the only white woman there was clearly newer to doing nails. This was also fine because I’d rather you take your time and do a good job than a rushed job. The problem ultimately came when it was time to pay. This place was recommended to me by a family member who mentioned they have 20% off and who also sent me one of their gift cards. The woman sitting outside also mentioned the 20% off to me. I go to the register w my tech and she’s fumbling with the payment machine. After some time she figures out how to charge my gift card and tells me the remainder is $50. At this point I asked about the 20% special because my set was no where near the price I was being given. It’s then that she realizes she messed up and the only thing I’m offered is the discount when I return. Mind you they didn’t take my name or any info to guarantee that this would be the case should I return for a service. I paid the remaining fifty and left. My nails are not worth $70, which you can see from the photo. The staff was friendly enough but clearly there’s a lot that needs to be worked on. Mainly I’m upset because I have a specific place I go to and the only reason I came here was because of my gift card and the supposed discount. Keep your expectations low when visiting and make sure they charge you what their board says

I am here on vacation, I heard this add on the radio, so I decided to go, the Nail was beautiful, the ladies we all so nice, I received a fill on my acrylic nails and a Pedicure, both were Awesome!!!! Ashley was my nail technician. Another young lady did my pedicure. (Sorry can’t remember her name) she had long brown hair, they had a power outage and this young lady kept working with nothing but the light from outside.
