Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went in today for a mani and pedi. The first lady who did my toes was good but they don’t clean their tools. After I got up to go to the girl who was doing my hands, she used the same tools for the next girl who came. Did not even WIPE them. The one who did my hands was so much worse. She did not do my nails how I asked and I was trying to be very nice. My nails are uneven and some are much longer than others. When I gave her a 5$ tip she said no you owe me 8$. Tips are earned not expected. I thought for the job she did, 5$ was a decent tip. It was rushed and didn’t look right and she was getting annoyed whenever I asked her to fix something. Terrible place. When I said I was going to get cash from my car, she FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR. I was parked pretty close where she could see if I was leaving or not. Such a terrible place. After I got up to go to the girl who was doing my hands, she used the same tools for the next girl who came. Did not even WIPE them. The one who did my hands was so much worse. She’s absolutely disgusting, her attitude and her demeanor is disgusting. She’s rude and unprofessional. She’s absolutely disgusting, her attitude and her demeanor is disgusting. She’s rude and unprofessional. The lady who runs the place tried to tell me I have to tip more even though I expressed how unsatisfied I was with my nails. I have never been somewhere when I was asked for a tip. You DO NOT ask for tips that is what the customer chooses to give if they are satisfied and appreciated the service.
