I went here on oct.27 and I came at 1:25pm and there were only 2 customers..I waited until 2:20 and I still didn’t get served yet. At 2 a lady came in and said she had an appointment. So they told me to come back later or tomorrow. I would never go here ever again. Calling HR in the morning very terrible service. That one star is only for the lady who communicated with me on what’s going on.

Had an appointment at 10am and waited for 30 minutes. They will take walk ins before customers with appointments. Place is trash don’t waste your time going there. I can see why it gets a 3.1 review. Staff was rude and very unprofessional

This shop is the worst. Bryans Road we need to bring more options for pedicures/nails out this area. Would be a great joint investment. If I could review a negative 1 star I would. The lack of professionalism from the owner Nancy is consistent….would be the only consistent thing she does. This is the third time I have made an appointment and she has forgotten I have an appointment. She will deny that she spoke with her until you call out her personal number that she has texted on several occasions to confirm date and time. She is rude and short with customers t. She almost harrass you to upgrade whatever service you are getting. The work they do in the shop is not by far worth the money or time.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in for a fill for my nails. The technician was trying to do two people at once. I had been sitting there for 30 minutes before he started filing my nails. He then proceeded to begin ripping my nails off. When I told him it hurt he replied with “oh , it doesn’t hurt, they need to come off.” At that point he had ripped every nail off my left hand. I withdrew my hands and told him I only wanted a fill and I wanted to know why he ripped my nails off and explained that regardless, I would only pay for a fill and not a full set. He was unable to give me a reason as to why he did it and then told me the fill price was close to $50 which is OUTRAGEOUS. So now, I suspect he took my nails off so he could charge me more money. I told him just to take the nails off my right hand and I was leaving. He took 4 off and then got to my thumbnail and left a jagged half of a nail on my hand then got up and went over to the other customer. I told him no, he was finishing and I was leaving. He told me no, he was finishing the other customer first. I ended up having to grab the scissors off his table and ripping the other half of my nail off before walking out. Now, my nails are absolutely hideous because my real nails got ripped off with the fake ones. My fingers are very sore and one had a rip in the cuticle bad enough to draw blood. DO NOT GO HERE!! I can’t stress it enough. Unless you want to encounter unethical business practices and pain avoid this salon at all costs.

DO NOT waste your time or your money coming to this nail shop. I got a gel full set on a Friday. By Wednesday, one of the nails was lifted and almost off. So I go back to have the nail repaired. $4. Nancy said $4. Why should I have to pay and it’s only been a week. Ok, so I tell her I’ll pay the little $4, that’s beside the point. I’m trying to get her to understand that the nail should not have been lifting. She still talking about the $4. At that point, I began writing this review. DON’T waste your time or money. FACTS

In the second pic was what I wanted done. First picture is what I ended up getting done. Was told I couldn’t get that done at this place. I didn’t think it was anything too fancy but was told that I couldn’t even get the tips multiple colors I would have to get the whole nail painted. Then the guy said he couldn’t do the designs. Decided I didn’t want to pay $48 for something I didn’t want so asked for the whole nail to be painted a solid color. Was very disappointed. Gave 2 stars cause the tech was friendly

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! They rush from one client to another, they are rude and DISRESPECTFUL! I have nothing good to say about this place and nail art is totally out of the question with them…bottom line, please just find some place else to go. Pedicure
