Used to be a good place to get nails done. Went in for a full set and asked the nail tech to fix two nails that were crooked and he abruptly responded that he would get to them, and he did not. He also made them very thick and did not go all the way to the cuticle so the nails look grown out already. Very disappointed in their service and will not be returning.

I used to really love this place. My favorite nail tech was very popular, and the last few times I called for appointments with her they would tell me she was “too busy for weeks” and I’d have to see someone else. Meanwhile… She always found room for me when I contacted her directly.

Staff is very nice, service is efficient, and prices are low. If you want something specific, keep in mind the staff members’ English is limited, and communication can be an issue. I was hoping to get a broken nail “patched” for my wedding day and ended up with the whole nail cut very short. Cleanliness needs improvement.
