The worst hair salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been dyeing my hair for as long as 12 years and I’ve never had it so terribly done. The tone is completely different in my roots now than the rest of the hair. She didn’t cover the front of my hair so you could see my roots next to my forehead (?!). They fixed it but still, the tone was completely uneven. The hair colorist confessed to me she had never dyed a blonde hair (?!) right before doing my hair. I was optimistic since it had good reviews, had to run instead. Unfortunately, I didn’t.

They have been in business for over 60 years plus and their services and products have NOT CHANGED. I’m new to Milford and I will never go back there. Color awful. Colorist never heard of Amika hair products I knew I was in trouble. But the kicker was the haircut. Nice older gentleman but he has no clue how to cut hair for 2022. This salon had the audacity to charge me $ to hold my appointment Run don’t walk away from This farce, RUN!

I’ve been going to Princess for hair cuts and/or color/highlights ever since I moved to Milford over 18 years ago … first with Marilyn and now with Gina. From day one I have been extremely happy with everything here. I went from long hair to short hair back to longish hair. Recently I had a cut with Gina and I absolutely love the way my hair looks. I have found my home salon! Today was my first time going to Princess Hair Designers & i was VERY impressed! Not only is the salon beautiful on the inside, but more importantly, the staff was super welcoming and friendly! Pasquale was my hairdresser and he did a phenomenal job!! I am really happy and he was super nice! I recommend everyone to go. You won’t be disappointed!
