The husband and lady never took off her masks they have a ribbon tied around their neck so she doesn’t have to take it off I’ll be going back. Super friendly couple. 5

I was one of the first customers here when this place opened a few years ago. Lots has changed since the boss there stopped doing eyebrows. She had talent and took her time. There are two workers here now unsupervised. One of the ladies looks Filipino and the other looks Indian. Unfortunately, I have gone back 4 times in the last year to see if the service has improved but it hasn’t. I used to come for a cheap price with great quality. Beware if you get the lady that looks Indian (who is not the owner). She does a horrible job. She does not like to take her time even if the salon is alone and you’re the only customer. She will also go rough on your skin. I’ve been to other locations with more experienced people who don’t do that. She rubs your skin hard even with the tissue to clean up and see her job. Always double check her work in the process otherwise you’ll end up like me who has been growing my eyebrows for 3 months and ends up very disappointed. I recommend Ankur Threading. I’m not sure who helped me the last time I went, but the lady was the young Indian woman. She took her time, asked me questions, was gentle as possible (even with the upper lip) and will make sure you leave satisfied. My eyebrows don’t grow equally because I have a scar near the end but she asked me and made sure to do a great job, keeping in mind that I told her that I wanted to grow out my eyebrows. Unfortunately, now I have to wait another 5 months for my eyebrows to grow back and go back to Ankur to get them to help me. Never coming back. Ankur has the same pricing. That place is much better. Maybe this business owner needs to come back and supervise her employees once in a while…
