Terrible customer service. Went in with my daughter to get 2 full sets and toe polish on A Tuesday. After left waiting forever we asked if we could just have toe polish and be on our way. The man shakes his head no and said no. It was 5:00 on A Tuesday. We left. Will not return. I’m here visiting from Atlanta and our nail salons do not operate like this. I’ve had the hardest time getting service here it’s like things are so outdated and close early but this one says it closes at 7.. Sad

I got nail fills. The mail technician did my nails in about 20 minutes. Super fast! The color and shape look fine! However, my nails did not get cleaned inside. They also feel a little lose. I hope they do not fall off! I paid $38 for the fill, plus a $7 tip. The owner and nail tech were both friendly. UPDATE: I had to edit my previous review because the nail polish on one of my nails began falling off less than a week after my visit to this place.

I paid 152 dollars for two regular pedicure and a full set of nails …… The paper on the chairs for the pedicure said 15 dollars not 30 ….. My nails every single one of my nails are poorly shaped and very crooked and when I said something to the lady about my nails being crooked she said that they’re not and that is just the way I’m looking at them and would not fix them then she proceeded to have attitude for no reason she also made them a lot shorter then i wanted. let’s just say I will not be returning back to this nail salon when I could go somewhere else that could be cheaper for the same thing and look better very very disappointed in the shop

I honestly would not recommend this salon. I stopped going here due to so many different issues. They add on charges, they rush the work, and sometimes forget steps. Its very unprofessional. If you can make the drive to Creative Nails in Summerville DO IT, it’ll be worth it. Acrylic nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey add prices to your services and don’t tell you. I came in and sat at the first nail table. Man told me I need two nails fix due to lifting, I asked how much for broken nails depending on length, he said $3-5. I then asked okay what will my total be, he said $35 plus $7 for broken nails and it would be $41. So I’m looking forward to pay that, the reason I asked before he start on my nails. In the midst of doing my nails he ask coffin or square shape, I asked do you charge for shaping, he literally said NO. I said go head and do the coffin. When he gets to start shaping, he says your nails $45 for coffin. I’m like asking him why when he clearly said that they don’t charge to shape, at this point I’m fed up and I told him to keep my nails square. Once he finished, I’m at the register he says $42, what happened to $41. He says I told you between $41-43 and my boyfriend on the phone says no you told her $41. This place has a price chart on the tv when you walk in but don’t follow it. I don’t suggest them to anyone wanting basic service because they don’t know what they want to charge, it should never be between this or that. People asked before service so they can make the decision to allow you to serve them or go somewhere else. I was good with $41, not $44 at the end of my service because you said one thing but meant something else. Never again. Then it was a freaking spider crawling in front of me, yuck.Service: Acrylic nailsThey add prices to your services and don’t tell you. I came in and sat at the first nail table.
