If you are looking to get magic sleek or other straightening treatment do not go to this salon…I paid $300 and the treatment didn’t work..I sent pictures right after first wash and was given excuses. I’ve had magic sleek 3x in the past and one other time by Heather and it worked perfect. I asked for her to redo and she would not and then I asked for refund and she gave me back $100. I can’t get it redone anywhere for $100. I’ve given her other business (hair color and she even cut my daughters hair) so I can’t believe the terrible service. Not a way to treat a previous customer or any customer. I went to a consult at another salon and they agreed it was not done correctly as my hair is still curly and frizzy. I will be taking other action to get refund so I can go elsewhere.

I have been going to Primp for many years now and have brought several friends over as well. Always the best service, the best color and the most amazing cuts! Heather is top notch. Highly recommended.
