Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m disappointed after having this place recommend from friends. On 3 different occasions from 3 different technicians I have left with my fingers bleeding and sore to the touch. The purple manicure photo is days after where a scab finally formed from the cut and bleeding from the manicure. The black manicure is immediately after where my middle and pinky finger are visibly red and irritated from cuts and bleeding during the manicure. I’m disappointed after having this place recommend from friends. On 3 different occasions from 3 different technicians I have left with my fingers bleeding and sore to the touch. The purple manicure photo is days after where a scab finally formed from the cut and bleeding from the manicure. The black manicure is immediately after where my middle and pinky finger are visibly red and irritated from cuts and bleeding during the manicure. Today I tried Primp & Posh Nail Bar for the first time and I can definitely say I was impressed. The service was impeccable, the staff were extremely welcoming and the services were done in a timely manner. I am very picky about my nails and toes but I was pleasantly surprised that the end product was just what I expected. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in search of a nail salon that offers the latest nail trends.

Amazing place!! Went for the first time to get my nails done with my grandma and the ladies there were great! I got an acrylic dip and my grandma got a gel fill in. My technician was Natalie and she was wonderful. Only negative thing is a left with just a few nicks from the electric nail file but a day or two im sure they’ll be healed.

Beautiful salon, horrible service. This is not random I gave them 3 tries because they are so close to my house. But never again. I asked for a holiday red with a gold (no glitter) accent nail. I left with the worse looking nails ever. One nail is shaped differently, the gold is mustard. It was already 7pm. I was so frustrated with trying to explain I just paid and left.

I made an appointment with a nail technician whose pictures I had seen on instagram the day before and she was not there today, so there was a little confusion on my end but the lady who ended up doing my nails did a wonderful job!
