I had a lash lift/tint with Roxanne that turned out beautiful! Looks great without mascara and looks amazing with mascara, and minimizes getting ready time in the morning. Love love love the results. I returned and did brow henna with Megan and the results are awesome! My brows have a great shape and again, such a morning time saver. I bought Invisible Tam from Eco Tan there as well and LOVE the color. Both Megan and Roxanne were so friendly and knowledgeable. I would DEFINITELY recommend Primp to anyone

Primp & Refinery is my new Happy Place! As a Senior (60+) I decided this year was “my year” for some pampering. I was a little nervous about the microblading procedure I wanted to do, and after some thorough research, I decided on scheduling with Megan at Primp n Refinery. For starters, I scheduled a Microblading Consult with her for my thinning eye brows. I immediately felt welcomed by her, and the staff, in this Salon. I wasn’t looking for a dramatic change and she put me at ease with her professional expertise and advice. Megan is a true Artist at Work, and I am so happy with the results.

I had a lash lift, and to tell you the truth, the results were very disappointing. I have straight lashes and after my lift, they had no real curve to it, it lifted yes, but they stick straight out. I was expecting a lift with a curl. I emailed them about my concerns, I called the office and was hoping for a refund, my calls were answered the next day, but after that call, I have yet to hear back about a possible refund. They did offer a tint if I were to come back, and told the manager I would think about it and let her know the next day. That was last Friday, and no reply. I am definitely not going to beg for a refund, but after all my friends saw the results, I decide to just go somewhere else. I just wish I saw the reviews of the lash lift, other than that, they are a beautiful salon with talented people, but I know their lash lift did not live up to its hype. This is only a review on the lash lift. Also, I also had a ton of glue all over my eyelid, it was so much that after the appointment, the crease was actually glued shut, and it hurt to separate it, I had to remove it when I got home.

The staff are all super sweet and professional, the boutique is adorable and comfortable and most importantly I’ve always been amazed at the results I’ve gotten here. Today I had the opportunity to have my upper lash line microbladed and I am SO pleased with the results. Megan took the time to make sure all the details were covered, questions answered and walked me through what to expect. The entire process was easy–mostly I felt a buzzing sensation which wasn’t even uncomfortable. My lash line felt a little raw (there is lots of wiping during the tattoo) and there was minimal swelling. By an hour post treatment, that swelling was completely gone as well as the rawness. I have SUPER sensitive eyes so I was expecting the treatment and the after effects to be pretty intense. If you have been considering microblading for eyes or brows, give Primp a call. Megan is a talented artist who won’t disappoint!

My sister just got an eyelash lift/perm and her eyelashes look exactly the same if not even more straight. She has long lashes they’re just straight and she wanted to be able to go without mascara. She asked the worker who rang her up if they were gonna raise at all and she said it was different for other people and might look better with mascara??. She also has eyelash glue all over her eyelid.
