I’ve had a membership here for over a year and absolute love everyone Ive met and let do my hair. I have extremely curly/frizzy hair and I almost always leave within an hour (unless I am getting other treatments done). The Oribe products do really well in my hair and the stylists are always helpful to find me the perfect products and get me the perfect style for that day. First of all the blow out was great. The lady we had did a very nice job. My problem was at the checkout. This is my first time at this specific location…I have 2 packages. One for myself and one for my daughter. They are billed monthly and I get a certain amount of blowouts and add ons like hot tools or whatever and all locations are included…so we go to checkout and they try to charge $75…seems they had a system issue, no problem. So the manager or owner..I don’t know who she is….was called over to sort it out. After some back and forth and pulling up the wrong account we finally got to the right accounts…so she then said I only owed $16. I said every other time I go the add ons include the hot tool…after checking my previous blowouts at the other locations she begrudgingly agreed to do the same. Ok, we checked out and walked out and while she was locking the door (we were the last customers there) she made a loud comment about the interaction and about me being rude??? Rude? For asking that what I already pay for be covered? And even if she didn’t agree that the plan I literally pay for should cover what it covers, how unprofessional to make a comment after a customer like that? It wasn’t to my face, it was behind my back right before she locked the door so she was safe inside from the confrontation. So not only was she unprofessional but she’s also a coward. Not a combination I’d want working at any one of my businesses. Needless to say I’ll never step foot in that location again.
