I have been coming here since 2019, a review is extremely overdue. You cannot beat the WHOLE experience. First off, there are not enough positive words to describe how amazing the whole staff is. I only went a few times towards the end of 2019, and left for about 10 months. When I walked through the door they remembered me. They take so much pride in what they do and want nothing more than for you to feel welcome and make you feel even more beautiful. With almost 3 years worth of visits off and on, I have had the pleasure of working with many of the stylists and have never once left dissatisfied. I have used their blowout/hot tool, makeup application, and extension services. I also always bring my out of town guests to endure the full primp and Blow experience, even after a year and one visit they still rave about it. Every time a new monthly expenses come up, their membership is apart of the budget. This is one of Augusta’s top gems and you are doing yourself a disservice by not stopping in.

My three year old had her first hair appointment today. I will be the first to say she is a handful. I was really worried about how she was going to do with a stranger doing her hair. This salon itself was beautiful! It was also very clean. My daughters stylist was very, very patient with her and gave me great advice on how to care for crazy curly hair. Primp and Blow is such a life savor. They have a membership where you pay monthly and that includes certain amount of blowouts with styling tool included if you want & I highly recommend this. Today I came in for a blowout and I had problems with my tape in extensions being too sticky (done elsewhere) & well Sam washed, did a deep condition treatment, blow dried, styled AND fixed my two tape ins that were bothering me…I was expecting to come to register and be charged for the extra services I asked for ( I’m in school for cosmetologist and I know these things aren’t cheap) but the owner said my membership covered it all. Made my day. I love this place and highly recommend Sam or Ashley.. they never make me feel bad for being picky with my hair.Ps. Ask for Sam when you make your appointment and you will be looking fabulous all day. She will shampoo with a scalp massage that will put you into a coma! She also did my fiance and I couldn’t stop running my hands through his hair! Great service, and drinks were offered (non-alcoholic) when we arrived. No wait time and comfortable seating.
