If I could no stars I would! Showed for a walk in after calling to see if I could, and all the barbers acted as if they didn’t want to do it. Ended up leaving with a horrible haircut! Had to go to another shop to have it fixed! They even said it was a half fast hair cut at the place I went to! Stay away this business is very unprofessional and they’re lucky I didn’t show back up looking for trouble

I probably got the worst hair cut in Arizona here. They have like 12 barbers that is cool but they put anyone here that says they can cut hair. I will never go back to this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I gave them 2 stars cause it was nice n clean. They were also nice but unless u don’t care about nice clean.

First time at Primo’s barbershop. Place may feel a bit intimidating at first because it’s clear that this place stocks up quickly on regular patrons and there was no shortage of a crowd even on a Wednesday night approaching 8pm. But that in itself is awesome: where else can you go pretty late at night for a top-quality cut and shave. I immediately could tell that these barbers new their $h#t… All of them. Every chair was full. Even so these guys were also very efficient in their work so no one was waiting long to be seen. Since it was my first time there and I didn’t know one from the other I took a chair at “Charlie’s” station who quickly made me feel comfortable. It’s rare for me to have a memorable haircut and it’s even more rare to feel compelled to write about the experience. My experience at Primo’s was different, however, because from the moment I walked in I was given first rate attention and top quality care from someone who clearly was a master in his art. Not only did I get the best haircut I could remember (probably the best one of my life to be honest) but I also had a freshly shaved face which along with my hair was styled and groomed as well as can be expected at any barber in any city including New York or London. Having lived all over the world, including those two cities, I can say with all honesty that if this business was located in either place it would be worthy competition to the local barbershops. There is not a doubt in my mind that I will be back again to get my haircut at Primo’s and further will encourage every guy I know to give this place a try. I will note, because I made this mistake myself, that Primo’s ONLY ACCEPTS CASH. They were kind enough to let me go get cashback from a circle K about a mile down the road but make it easier on yourself and bring cash. The entire service including cut, shave, style/groom cost me $30.00 but I thought Charlie’s work was worth far more than that so I included a 33% tip and gave him the full $40… The maximum cash back allowed by circle k. It’s possible that next time I go I will go better prepared and may tip more. I cannot express how happy I am with the service I received at Primo’s. It is my hope that my review gives them a well earned boost of business, not that it seemed it needs my help in that area. Thank you Primo’s!
