Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHours online say they close on Sunday at 7pm. Get there at 5:45, door’s locked but lights are on, 2 people inside getting their haircut. Knock on the door guy comes to open, says they’re not taking customers, more than 1h before close. Avoid this place, area also does not feel safe. Waste of time.

First time there with my elderly dad to get a haircut. Nick was very professional and careful with my dad. Dad looked like he was about to fall asleep Nick was so gentle. I asked for his business card…I will return with my dad.

Been coming here for years. Everyone is pretty friendly and it’s a nice atmosphere. I personally love this shop. The barbers take their time to make sure your cut looks nice. There’s also a couple women there that style dreadlocs for an affordable price. Sarah and Jasmine are awesome. Also, There’s a fish tank that I love looking at during my wait time. It had a shark in there at one time ! Someone said they don’t like white people. Lol . . . . I’ve been seeing white people come in for the years that I’ve been going there. I’m sure it was a customer service issue not a racial issue.

This place is phenomenal, the environment is very professional and family oriented at the same time. You walk in and feel welcome right away amongst the barbers and the other many people eager to get a haircut. I’ve been going to see Anna (Last chair on the left) for a long time and she’s never disappointed me but has only impressed me everytime and has thoroughly taken care of me, she knows what looks good!!!!!

Walked in and asked if there was a sign in sheet because I was hoping this place was organized and valued peoples time. The first chair said no but that they work in the order that people come in. I took her word for it and waited smh. After waiting for a while I see at least 2 people who came after us go next. There wasn’t a lot of people in there so how hard is it to provide good customer service and respect the time of those who were waiting longer? And if they had appointments, which in this case they did NOT, at least speak up and let people know why they are being skipped over. There are enough shops in Palm Beach with just as good barbers who respect people’s time. We left and won’t be returning or referring anyone.

Typically I love taking my boys, mom and significant other here, twice a month, for cuts however the process kept changing. Maybe it’s just Anna, but I was overcharged on two services and made to believe that I was just leaving her an enormously, generous tip of $25 after the fact. I’m not the type to argue it; but, I strongly suggest any other barber, that can cut and do basic math correctly, excluding her.

Best barber shop in Delray by far, have been a customer for over 3 years. Awesome staff and relaxed friendly enviroment. Always great music on, beautiful fish tank, and two huge TVs to watch. Nick is my first choice barber, always available for appointments and kills it everytime! The cairs are also brand new along with all the clippers and razors.
