I had been thin my whole life with no weight issues, even after 3 children. Sometime during my mid to late 30’s, I began gaining weight. Not a lot. Just a couple of pounds a year. My clothes started to feel uncomfortable and tight, then, they just didn’t fit anymore. After about 5 years of this, I realized I had gained 30 pounds from my optimal weight.
