Be aware! They charge you $60 for evaluation and after 10 minutes in evaluation will tell you you are not a good candidate for the treatment you want. They should at least give you back 50% or give you credit for another treatment. Someone should regulate this form of doing business. Microneedling

I had a horrible experience. I had gone their two years ago for Botox and when I returned and sat down in the chair they told me that their policy changed and I now had to get at least 20 units. I said this was not something I was made aware of and didn’t want to get pressured into doing it. So they brought in a manager. He was extremely rude and told me they wouldn’t have known to tell me about the change (which shouldn’t they tell everyone that fact before making an appointment). I told him they should have told me especially since they saw it had been a while since I went there. He curtly said, I will refund you the $75 deposit and immediately walked out of the door. There was never any “I’m sorry” or at least an acknowledgement that this should have been told to me. It would make me nervous to go there because if I ever had a REAL issue they obviously don’t care to go the extra mile or assist you.

Revision Rhinoplasty was performed 2 months ago by Dr Gross and I’m loving the results!! Everyone in the office is so friendly and I felt completely at ease through the whole process. I would highly recommend Dr. Gross for facial surgical needs. After visiting six plastic surgeons I chose him for my rhinoplasty. I felt pampered and like my comfort was a priority to the office from start to finish. Dr. Gross was extremely knowledgeable and experienced so I was able to relax throughout, and not suprisingly, my results are great.
