Made a last minute appointment since this is down the street from my new home and they were able to accommodate me. It was ok. Definitely clean but awkward vibes. My pedicure was decent but gel manicure was pretty terrible. There are traces of my previous nail polish, bubbles and VERY uneven coats (so you can see my nail color peeking through on 8 out of 10 nails). For how much you pay I wouldn’t say this place was worth it.

My first couple of visits were good, but the last two times were awful. I told them what I wanted and showed them pictures. But they didn’t do the work in the right way and my nails looks completely different from my expectations(pic). So I taught them step by step, explained what they should use and how to do my nails, I even drew the pattern by myself to give them an example. They didn’t listen, wasn’t patient, didn’t want to redo, and gave me attitude. Also, the decorations were missing after the second day. Obviously they didn’t use good amount of gel to seal the edges.

I’ve gone there a few times. Never really had an issue until now. Made an appointment for 4pm today. No one was there. Called both business number and Google number several times. No answer. Didn’t get a phone call to let me know. Poor business practice
