I have been going here since high school and never thought I would have to write this. I’m used to having to wait (even with an appointment) sat for 20 minutes bc she forgot about my appointment. When explained my nail design (colored french tip) she insisted that she understood. When I corrected her she still insisted she was right. Trusted her and she completely did them wrong. A situation occurred where she forgot about another scheduled appointment. And I believe took her frustrations out and was rushing in order to just finish her job. Nails were AWFUL thankfully Attaché Nails was able to fix, a do a design much more intricate and detailed. The salon cannot handle walk ins and needs to be appointments based. Too overbooked, be prepared to be passed around through technicians.

I do not typically leave reviews but this was a real disappointment. I requested a regular manicure (not gel, acrylic, etc.) and they seemed skeptical and kept asking me if I wanted gel (I did not). The technician used tools from a box, not sanitized properly, just dipped and wiped off. The manicure was performed using an off-brand gel polish, which is obviously chipping two days later because it wasn’t cured under UV like a gel manicure. Would not return.

Went in today. Asked for a refill and the lady said 5 minutes. An hour went by I was still not seen. Spelt like fumes were leaking and my nails are thick and chunky and not straight. I do not recommend Manicure, Acrylic nails

I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years . Since I moved to Atlanta I like to come by when I’m in town but never again . The energy is very weird . I just sat there for 10 mins for them to talk around me instead of telling me they were busy. It was never like this before . I hate To say the service is was I’m black but I can’t seem to see any other reason as to why they would make me feel uncomfortable. Never going back here .
