This was an absolutely terrible experience and we would not recommend it to anyone. Most of the other reviews are all fake, the reviewers were rewarded for them. Read them and you’ll notice the lack of real information. We spent 9 months getting a full body hair removal treatment, we bared through the many uncomfortable sessions, only for there to be no difference whatsoever in our hair growth. Me, my daughter, and her friends have all had treatments done here and none of us saw results. When we started, the technicians assured us the hair would be mostly gone, definitelynoticeably much less, at least. They lied and cheated us of our money as this was not the case for any of us. If anything, our hair has grown stronger, heavierand moresince we started the sessions. We are extremely displeased with the service. To make matters much worse, their customer service is awful. We tried to contact them about our displeasure with the treatments and they keep telling us “someone will get in touch with us.” It’s been months of calling and no one has reached out. We have emailed and still, no response. We are being ignored and cannot even express our complaints to them. There is a severe lack of professionalism. Even the location is dirty and we have had to ask them to change the sheets after seeing visible dirt on them. The technicians don’t seem to know what they are doing either since they will each tell you something different that contradicts what the others say. For example, one told us you definitely cannot shower after treatment, another said it was fine as long as the water was cold, and another said it was fine to shower. Whatever you do, do not start treatment here. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. This was a complete waste of time and money as I am now going to have to go somewhere else that’s much more professional to redo the laser hair removal.

Prime laser is so great! The staff is so nice and knowledgeable of all the services they offer. the pricing is affordable for my budget. I am very happy with not only the staff but the progress of my laser hair removal sessions. I always suffered from my body hair the hair started to grow under the skin it hurt me a lot but after laser it’s all gone I would definitely recommend for all my friends and my family♥️

I just had my third appointment here today for full body laser and I couldn’t be happier. I started seeing results after my first session on my legs and arms as the hair would grow back much slower and in patches. The staff is also very friendly, always smiling, and so helpful with any questions. Always have the best conversations with the manager

I am extremely mad at myself for not doing more research before. The lasers they are using here are ancient. I doubt I will see any results and I wasted a ton of money that I now have to turn around and spend again somewhere else. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment and I was the first of the day. I will be finishing my sessions but I felt inclined to write this review so others had appropriate information while they were making decisions. Maybe the company will be honest with themselves and update their lasers. I can’t say anything for their other service though. Those might be wonderful

Extremely disappointed. I got full laser sessions. All of the reviews are just lies. They tell you to give good reviews so you get a free face or bikini session. The people are really nice but very clever also. I was never a hairy person in my life. Then also laser did not work. They don’t use high speed/frequency so you pay for more sessions. I paid a lot of money. I am a student and I just wasted it all. Please don’t get laser from this or any other place in Houston. IT WILL NOT WORK. I wish I could get refund for my hard earned money.

I had started my laser hair removal journey prepandemic with different management. My experience was very positive for the 3-4 sessions I had in my first package. They offered a 2nd package and highly recommended it as that is when most people see better results so I agreed as I had been seeing good results thus far and trusted them. Once the pandemic hit, appointments were pushed back and management and a majority of the staff had changed. With the new staff, I would constantly have comments made about issues related to my skin that I was experienced and every session felt like an hour long advertisement where the technician tried to sell me a different treatment or product. I felt uncomfortable before every session but pushed through because I had paid for two packages and wouldn’t be able to get a refund. After management had changed, I also noticed my hair growth wasn’t slowing down. I made sure to lessen the frequency of shaving between treatments as well because a technician mentioned frequent shaving would cause hair growth to persist. I also would ask the technicians before every session to make sure to increase the setting because I really wasn’t noticing any changes. My final straw was having issues with scheduling and I finally switched to the sugar land location. At SL they offered me another package, which would have been my third. I was upset at how little change I noticed in my first two packages and refused another package. They had encouraged me as most people saw results in the second package but I had to inform them it was already my second package. I remember one technician being shocked at how low the setting of the laser was in my previous session notes given that it was my second package. I finally started seeing some results but I only had about 2 sessions left in that package was so upset with how my hair removal journey had gone. I decided I no longer trusted hair removal because of my bad experience and absolutely do not recommend the Katy location to anyone.
