Stay away from this place …I have done 7 laser seasons at Prime Laser so far… not much changes at all . Their laser machines are old and not effective . They keep promoting you to buy another package while you are still on your first package and they do not provide refund for the second package even if you don’t want to use it later . I recommend to go to other places with newer laser machines. It may be more expensive per season but they definitely need much less seasons to see the results!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My wife and I bought 6 sessions each and it was a total waste. In short, the areas treated after 6 sessions, look just like they did before. No hair reduction. The machine kept stopping half way through because it would over heat it seems. This happened 4 out of my 6 sessions. Not at all happy with the time and money spent to only see no results. They said I needed to buy 2-3 more (6 session) packaged to really see results. That’s not what I was told when we first bought. They didn’t set the right expectations. Plus others we’ve talked to that have had laser hair removal at other places said they didn’t need all 6 and saw great results.

My laser hair removal results has been way more than my expectations. The equipment are great and more importantly my technician Sami (Samaneh) does an amazing job every session. She is very professional and energetic and listens to my inputs and adjusts her pace accordingly. She also makes me feel pretty comfortable during the whole session.
