I’ve been using their service for body hair removal for a little bit over 2 years. In order to have good results, you have to be patient and come to your sessions regularly. The hair won’t just disappear after 2-3 sessions, especially the bikini area. The staff are always nice, friendly and professional. Highly recommended! I bought a full body package and have had a few sessions…it is hard to tell if I have had any improvements. I noticed no improvement in my private area, but maybe hair is growing slower elsewhere. I did find it odd that the technician only goes over the area once (like, left to right, but not right to left). I’ve had laser hair removal before elsewhere and the technician went over an area at least twice and it seemed more thorough. I learned from the technician at Prime Laser that she is only “allowed” to go over an area once. Also, I wanted the technician to increase the intensity level, and she told she cannot do that either…that the level is set to a “low” but effective level so not to burn skin. So yeah, disappointed they cannot increase the intensity laser level since I think my body can handle the extra heat (I hardly feel anything only a light sting), and wish they could go over certain areas more. My technician is really nice though but seems limited in what she is allowed to do.
