All staff is very friendly and helpful. I was a little hesitant about laser hair removal at first so I started with just a small area, the technician was very careful to explain everything the first time and made me feel very comfortable and know what to expect. After a couple sessions I decided to go full body and I’m loving the results so far. The discomfort is minimal and results are fantastic. I have had laser hair removal done at 2 other places in the past and saw no results. Here at the prime laser center I have seen amazing results in just the first 2 sessions. Now after my 5th session I see barely any hair this is by far the best place to go to for hair removal. I 100% recommend this center the lady’s who work there and do the sessions are always so nice and make you feel comfortable. I will definitely continue coming here to finish my laser hair removal treatment even after moving to the north side of Houston the 40 minute drive is worth it!! The best part is it also helps with lightening your skin for example my armpits were getting really dark before when I would shave and these treatments have lightened my armpits and bikini area as well. I am just overall happy with choosing this center and the results they have given me. Thank you for giving me the results I wanted!

The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel very comfortable with having laser hair removal done, they are always on time and have you in and out quickly and professionally with each visit. I first got Groupon for just full face. Then once talking to techs they told me about full body plan. Decided to get it. Well 6 treatments later I am still hairy and their solution is to sell me more sessions at discounted price… whatever happened to guarantees? Worst part is that a lot of places like face were touch ups from laser done 10 years ago and just now needed touch up! But prime laser’s lasers appear to be defective because I have had success treatment before with only 6 sessions. I recommend going somewhere else if you don’t want to keep buying more and more sessions/packages.
