Can’t believe I even have to write this. Loved going to this place, and had a membership. Well I had around 7 months go by without using it to figure out some health stuff. Ended up being told medically I can’t go back. Tried to get my money back for the months I never used, and they asked me to get a medical note. Got one. And the owner took a couple months to get back to me. Ended up saying no due to contract, but wanted me to get a medical note only to just say no? Then they went so far to ask if I have anyone I can gift them to….Um no, not after this service and missing out on like $700. Like come on. Then took a couple months to get a response. Owner doesn’t care, and is in it for the money. Love the girls that work there though. That’s the only shining star.

Prime IV has been an amazing find. My first impression was incredible as I was down with a migraine and they came to me so I was safe. Within a few hours of the tech leaving I started feeling better and was back to myself again. I’ve gone back several times since and continued to be amazed. The visit wasn’t as pleasant as it usually was. From getting an apt to coming in. I’m a big tipper usually $100. Every visit because we’ve always been treating good. But this time it was like we never been there before. I manage a store that I also run. And where a whole lot busier this this and I have never treated my customers like there a nobody because without there business then that’s not gonna pay our employees or our overhead etc. I think you get my point.

Staff member had family members/friends come in for IV and was so loud, staff member and customer, screaming with excite, over the TOP. Sharing way to much personal info that made me feel very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. My IV wasn’t enjoyed or relaxing.

Always LOVE going here for a relaxing bit of me time and I feel so much better afterwards. Today unfortunately was NOT relaxing as the girl at the front desk was purchasing life/health insurance from a very loud and very morbid man and having to listen to all of that was anything but relaxing and I was so upset by the time I was done I was in tears.
