The staff here really goes above and beyond. My friend and I asked a bunch of questions. They were extremely patient with us and answered all of them. Patrick was great and took such good care of us. I spent 5 days violently sick, which included 2 ER trips. On the 2nd ER trip, Prime was recommended to me by a nurse. After returning home, I started cyclic vomiting again. I contacted Prime, they got me in a hour later, and within 90 minutes of first contact, Renee was taking care of me. I’m so so so grateful. I highly recommend. I will be going back soon for another treatment (72 hour rest period with the vitamin pack I chose). Very relaxing environment. Most importantly, they were quick to treat me.

2/2 visits to Prime IV Hydration and Wellness Ormond Beach location have exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed that the place was very clean and peaceful. Friendly/helpful staff and calming music. It felt very welcoming. On the first visit I opted to just try a B12 injection. Ali was very kind and professional. It was quick and painless and I felt dramatic results the next day in energy levels and overall well-being. On my second visit, I tried an IV drip that was aimed toward easing current migraines and low energy levels. Ali was super friendly and provided suggestions that were tailored to the particular issues that I was having at the time. She made the entire experience very pleasant with her outgoing and attentive demeanor. She checked back with me repeatedly to make sure I was comfortable in the massage chair and that the settings were to my liking, even adjusting the lighting to my comfort level. I brought a book with me to occupy my mind and promptly set it aside to just enjoy the comfort of the luxury massage chair and dozed off a bit. I finished this session off with another injection of B12 and was on my way, feeling like a new man. The migraine subsided some and it’s probably the most hydrated I’ve felt in years! I will be returning, as needed, in the near future and am eager to see if it will make a dramatic improvement in my life. If you’re looking for a low key, no pressure, comfortable environment run by professional healthcare workers that tailor to your every need, look no further.
