My wife was excited to try out a local salon while she was visiting Mass but unfortunately ended up having an experience that left her feeling disappointed. Her stylist didn’t take the time to listen to what she wanted, was pretty rushed, and wasn’t very careful when brushing it out. Maybe that’s just the culture out here and my wife wasn’t used to that or maybe there could be more of an effort to listen to clients. Probably both. We won’t be coming back.
