It’s such an amazing feeling to be able to leave my home to get beautified for the first time in a very long time. It was my first time with Prime Boudoir, Alice made this experience feel so special. She was so warm and kind. Walked me through her every move. I am overly satisfied with how my eyebrows and my sideburn clean up came out. Thank you Alice, It feels so good! I have not left my home for any personal service since covid-19. It’s such an amazing feeling to be able to leave my home to get beautified for the first time in a very long time. It was my first time with Prime Boudoir, Alice made this experience feel so special. She was so warm and kind. Walked me through her every move. I am overly satisfied with how my eyebrows and my sideburn clean up came out. Thank you Alice, It feels so good! Just an overall great service.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis place deserves zero stars for customer service. If you are going to cancel someone’s appointmentand take their money, you can at least have the decency to let them talk to a manager/owner. If the $200 is not worth your time then just give it back.But what is so disgusting is that you would call the cops on a customer after she calmly asked to speak to a manager, you asked her to wait outside and she did. But instead of sending a manager you send the cops. Are you guys aware of the times we live in? I would not call the cops on my worst enemy over something so petty. Not to mention wasting city resources and time over an issue you could have justdealtwith. Luckily the cops were two decent people that did not escalate the situation, and agreed that you were being petty.This place deserves zero stars for customer service. Critical: ProfessionalismThe day of my appt I felt a little under the weather. I called to ask if I can still attend my appt as I have been vaccinated for covid in January and my husband who routinely tests for covid, tested negative 2 days prior.The policy specifically states if “you” the client cancels your appt within the week then you loose your deposit. You need to give at least 1 week notice of cancellation for reimbursement or credit.I did not know 1 week ago I was going to feel under the weather.I notified their staff of my symtoms the morning of my appt as a respectful courtesy, and wanted to know if I could still be seen.The secretary with the hot pink hair had no customer service skills whatsoever and told me she would return my phone call with news, she never did. I received an email shortly after saying my appt was cancelled. The same secretary said my deposit was forfeited because “I” cancelled my appt.I DID NOT CANCEL MY APPT, THEY DID.I was unable to speak to someone of higher authority over the phone, so I went to the salon for my appt and was informed I had to wait outside until someone was available because I had covid symtoms. I had the slightest congestion!After respectfully and calmy waiting outside for 20 minutes, 2 male police officers showed up. They were told I was asked to leave and refused. They never asked me to leave!!! I was waiting to speak to the manager/owner.Andy and Gabriel, the police officers, agreed they were being petty but there was nothing they could do.As a Latina I wanted to help out another successful Latina and give her business. The day of my appt I felt a little under the weather. I called to ask if I can still attend my appt as I have been vaccinated for covid in January and my husband who routinely tests for covid, tested negative 2 days prior.

Critical: ProfessionalismFelt a little congested the day of the appointment and because of covid wanted to make sure everyone felt safe and see what they thought was best adding ive already took the vaccine and constantly tested because of work. The person on the phone said they would call back but never did. Got sent one email stating “i canceled ” my appointment when I never did that and lost my $200 deposit. Called back to talk to a higher authority but they never answered or called back. Went to my appointment to talk about the situation, Was told to wait outside for 20 mins to find out they called the cops. Never was asked to leave but told the cops another story. Just wanted to find a solution to the problem and not loose my money when all I thought I was doing was being respectful during these hard times. I posted on social media and yelp to get their attention and all we get back was laughs and shade on their stories through Instagram and again they never tried to directly talk to me!
