Critical: ProfessionalismI showed up for my appointment and there was no one there. The doors were locked and nobody would answer the phone. I went back to my car to cancel my Groupon and be on my way. I was charged a cancellation/no show fee of $25. When I called to have this removed, I was told by Kamille that I had no showed. When I told her that I was there, she told me she was just a few minutes late and to call Groupon. Groupon refunded me but I had to pay an additional $25 for a service I never received because nobody was in the building and I didn’t expect to have to wait for her to finish breakfast in her car. I showed up for my appointment and there was no one there. The doors were locked and nobody would answer the phone. I went back to my car to cancel my Groupon and be on my way. She informed me that she had an emergency and would bs right back. I sat there for over an hour waiting for her return. I finally asked one of the stylist to call and get an eta.
