I’ve had a wonderful experience at this spa, especially with Gina when she worked there and now Andrea. Gina is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable and made me feel extra beautiful. Andrea is a very skilled injector and I highly recommend you ask for her! She did Jeuveau and has a very gentle touch and I’ve never had such good results! Natural and beautiful! Highly recommend!

Bought a bank in January still have yet to receive my services. Went in to attempt to redeem a service and had to cancel due to double booking. Mind you I have yet to see “Dr.Kenneth” at all in the facility both times I went. Ashley the “owner” has very poor customer service skills, never saw a business women speak to a new customer like that. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau. UPDATE : now that I’ve reviewed Ashley is now stealing my bank that I BOUGHT! as you can tell by all of the reviews she is very argumentative. As an “owner” it’s very unprofessional. Why would I want to ever do business here again? How do you value someone but talk to them as if they were a child? I need my money back!

I would not recommend them. Went for my appointment. The place was deserted. After 10 minutes a lady came out of a room. Let her know I was there for my appointment. Apparently my appointment was not in the system as the girl that was helping quit or whatever happened and no one notified me. I was told a manger was going to call me that day within an hour. Never got a call. I called 5 days later to reschedule my appointment. No apology was given for the inconvenience. No acknowledgement for not getting a call back. They didn’t have my pictures from my first session of IPL to be able to review and compare. After my third appointment, they were going to contact me to see if they have the picture etc.. no contact. I don’t see any improvement at all after the 3 sessions. No one is ever at the front desk and no one ever answers the phone. I would not recommend them.

This is my favorite Medical spa! If I can give it 10 stars I would. I felt so welcome as soon as I entered the Spa. I got Jeuveau done and saw results in two days! Their monthly deals are also very nice. Definitely making this my regular spa to go to. Prima ladies are very knowledgeable and nice

Went for my first treatment for IPL and Nayomi was so informative and explained how it would work. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. It’s been about 5 days and I haven’t noticed any difference yet but I’m looking forward to my next couple treatments to see how my skin changes. The facility is very clean and I would recommend this business.

I went here recently and received Juveau (very similar to Botox but better!) I had Andrea as my nurse and she was wonderful! She was super nice and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and am so happy she recommended Juveau because it took effect within 3 days instead of 2 weeks like the Botox brand. I love this office and definitely recommend.

I have always had good experiences at Prima. Great staff, super friendly especially Naomi! I’ve done 2 rounds of 3 IPLs here and gotten Botox multiple times. I had gotten Botox from a different injector previously and did not like my results, I explained what I wanted and did not like before and had beautiful results afterwards at Prima. Absolutely addicted to the lip flip scheduling can be a bit disorganized at times but the few times I have had issues everyone has been very professional and kind resolving them! Love Prima & highly recommend them to anyone looking to get aesthetics work
