I was so worried as my hair is baby fine but the professionalism and obvious experience proved worthy! I am definitely hooked and will continue to use their services and recommend to anyone! I couldn’t be more pleased with my hair extensions! Top quality at decent price done in good time perfectly. I was so worried as my hair is baby fine but the professionalism and obvious experience proved worthy! I am definitely hooked and will continue to use their services and recommend to anyone! On top of it all they were awesome people with good personalities and a joy to be around!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI arrived to hait salon at 9am and no one was there. At 9:30 another client came and called. She said they told her they open at 10am. Everyone had appointments for 9am. I asked for a specific hairstyle and I was told no because it’s to packed and people are waiting. Yet I waited for over 3 hours to get my hair washed and set. I been waiting long too, I have an event and this is the style I want, nope automatic straighten hair. Smh. The stylist were upset and arguing about how they had their own appointments and it was not great getting my hair done by an angry hairstylist. I arrived to hait salon at 9am and no one was there. At 9:30 another client came and called. She said they told her they open at 10am. Everyone had appointments for 9am. I asked for a specific hairstyle and I was told no because it’s to packed and people are waiting. Yet I waited for over 3 hours to get my hair washed and set. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went into this salon for a wash, blow dry, flat iron & trim. All which costed me $90. And the stylist burned my natural kinky curly hair completely straight in the back. They don’t care about taking care of your hair ! If I didn’t tell her to put the temperature down then my whole head would look like a relaxer !Service: Hairstyling

I gave them a high review 3 months ago but I take it back. They put chemicals to straighten my hair. I asked if they were able to wash and blow dry natural African American hair the man who washed my hair said yes. He washed my hair and the lady blew dry and flat ironed my hair. Three months later and my hair is still straight. Do not go to this salon they will lie and out Chemicals in your hair!!!!
