Pretty’s Nail Salon

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueTerrible. Just Terrible. We sat in there for an entire hour. I have never had my nails done so it would have been the first time for me. As soon as it was my turn to pick and choose my nail. A few minutes after, my mom asked her, “can you wipe the table off?” (because it was dirty. covid is real.) after that my mom also asked her can you also wipe the drill off considering the fact that, that drill is used on multiple people. This lady threw an attitude at us when we did nothing to her. She said “Oh you don’t trust me?!?” “You don’t trust me?” That was very unnecessary & uncalled for. Don’t go there.Terrible. Terrible. Just Terrible. We sat in there for an entire hour. I have never had my nails done so it would have been the first time for me. As soon as it was my turn to pick and choose my nail. Pedicure worker young male who doesn’t speak English not even basic words, had no experience doing pedicure, the lady doing nails had to keep stopping so she could explain what I wanted very uncomfortable, he couldn’t handle the job. What a Unpleasant experience. Walk in everything seems to be good, Ask for pedicure and fill in. Pedicure worker young male who doesn’t speak English not even basic words, had no experience doing pedicure, the lady doing nails had to keep stopping so she could explain what I wanted very uncomfortable, he couldn’t handle the job. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for simple service. I was not acknowledged. When I ask for help and a very kind voice I was given the nastiest attitude. I do not know why people insist on treating customers that are looking for paid services this way. I would never go back here. She would not even acknowledge me and when I actually spoke to her she gave me a nasty attitude and said that it’s going to be too long of a wait. Mind you it is 11 o’clock on a Saturday morning. I went in for simple service. I was not acknowledged. When I ask for help and a very kind voice I was given the nastiest attitude. I do not know why people insist on treating customers that are looking for paid services this way. I would never go back here. She would not even acknowledge me and when I actually spoke to her she gave me a nasty attitude and said that it’s going to be too long of a wait. Mind you it is 11 o’clock on a Saturday morning. There are literally 3 people in the entire shop. I would never spend my money to get treated this way. Save your time take your money to where you are appreciated

Also they don’t have appointments so If you show up anybody can be put in front of u because they don’t go back the clip board list. So it really pointless for you to put yo name on the list if they not gonna go by it. Only one person speak English so they really don’t know what u need or asking for . Last but not least the communication is terrible u will be sitting there all day before someone can get to u and when they do get to u and it’s crowded they will stop you’re services and work on somebody else. Be/cuz staff is so short . Black peoples we need to stop spending our millions of dollars with companies like this and support our own . This nail shop is the worst they only have one nail tech that works on weekends and seem like they only know how to do one type of style if the other techs are not there. Also they don’t have appointments so If you show up anybody can be put in front of u because they don’t go back the clip board list.
