Chose here to go for my first time getting my hair professionally done and Elizabeth did so awesome, she saw my reference photos and did exactly that!! I have coarse, thick, and dark Asian hair! The fact that Steph was able to lighten my natural hair was a treat! She knew exactly what she was doing and she is highly educated in working with people with dark hair. I have always lightened my hair and I could never find someone that could achieve what Steph did! If I could give Pretty Please more than 5 stars I would. Best salon I’ve been to in years. I recently decided, very hesitantly, to let my gray grow out. Debbie, the owner, worked with me to grow it out gradually and tastefully. I had no idea what to do but she sure did! She did a great job. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, it’s reasonably priced, and they know hair. I’m moving from the area soon and I wish I could take her with me! If you’re looking for a salon in the Rowley/Ipswich/Newburyport area, this is for you.

One of the worst customer service everrr!! Trying with misinformation to charge you unreasonably. They literally told me that I had to read their “policy template” before entering their place, and they are nothing more they can do to keep me as their customer . Be very aware!!!

I absolutely love Debbie (the owner) and her daughter Stephanie! I’ve been going to Debbie for a very long time now. Before she got her salon, when she cut in Saugus! Way back in the day! And I would never go to anyone else. Her prices are affordable and the finished result is always on point. Her salon is extremely clean and comfortable. She absolutely makes sure her customers come in happy and leave happy. She has coffee and tea to serve while you wait or to have while you get your hair done as well. She sells awesome candles to for breast cancer awareness that I just love! I’ve tried many hair dressers in my time and once I stared to go to Debbie (about 10 years ago maybe more than that) I never went anywhere else. I trust her and her daughter’s opinion that if they said to cut all my hair off I absolutely would and wouldn’t think twice about it! I trust her opinion 100% Awesome people to be around and know! My mother and I are extremely lucky to know them for all these years. Wonderful place! I would recommend ten times over!

Pretty Please Hair Salon is the gem of Rowley! They offer many services that make it a one stop Salon for hair, waxing, lashes and more. Its just the right size to keep your experience personal and pleasant. All the Stylist are fabulous, they are always flexible to fit me in for an unplanned blow out. I followed my hairdresser Jenna T. here when it opened a few years back and I absolutely love it and her! Jenna is one of the best colorist and hair stylist in the area. Every time I walk out of there I feel like a million bucks! Thank you Jenna <3!
