Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI got my pedicure….. the service was very poor. He didn’t removed my feet dead skin for the main reason I pay for my pedicure. No massage done n he got done with my pedicure in less then 5 min it took more time to dry my main in pedicure process. And also one more thing happen one of their service person was sleeping on going Bussiness time in front of costumer then for some reason the man woke her up she started shouting in front of costumer. Sounds like very unprofessional to me I promise if this is the last option I have I still will never step in to this nail place ever. I got my pedicure….. the service was very poor. He didn’t removed my feet dead skin for the main reason I pay for my pedicure. No massage done n he got done with my pedicure in less then 5 min it took more time to dry my main in pedicure process. Critical: QualityI had a pedicure and had gel on my toenails. After 4 days my gel came off. When I returned to the salon to have it fixed, they said I didn’t receive the service from them. After I had already paid $57 for my pedi they were going to charge me $20 to redo the gel. They were very unprofessional. I’ll never go back in.Service: Pedicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThere was no wait. They were super polite and helped me make a decision since I havent had my nails done in quite some time. They were very gentle as I have cuticle problems where they tend to be dry and peel and are sensitive. They used cuticle oil and the nails came out gorgeous! Most beautiful nails I have had! There was no wait. They were super polite and helped me make a decision since I havent had my nails done in quite some time. They were very gentle as I have cuticle problems where they tend to be dry and peel and are sensitive. They used cuticle oil and the nails came out gorgeous! Most beautiful nails I have had! Very very impressed! Will be going back.
