Critical: Quality, ValueMy sister and I had to fly in with no notice due to my dad passing and we needed gel nails for the funeral. So four of us went for a 5pm appointment. We wanted full gel sets and was told $45 for regular nail and $55 for gel ok no problem. Once we sat down he cut my nails so short and did not ask what length I wanted them he said square or round I said coffin he said $10 more OMG ok I sat and said nothing else bc Everytime I open my mouth it was more money. My nails are short fat and not coffin they have bubbles and today made a week and one just broke. My mothers were short and horrible as well the other two sisters were short and bubbles on every nail. We wanted full gel sets and was told $45 for regular nail and $55 for gel ok no problem. The lady that did my nails here was VERY rude. She was rough and unsocial. She was the manager from what I could tell, although I’m not sure why. Her people skills were far less than appealing. Will not be returning. Needless to say she charged $55 for a fill in. The picture shows my nails the very next day. The gel polishing is literally peeling off already!!

My go-to nail salon. At this point it feels like home. I will tell you that I’ve noticed, the price differentiates between nail tech’s. The highest I’ve paid is $75 by someone I’d never even seen working in there before. The lowest I’ve paid is $65 for the same length and shape I always get. Something I have now learned from experience is, when you sit down in the chair and tell them what want, make SURE they tell you what it will be so you’re not sitting there with sticker shock when they’re done. Other than that, I’ve loved all my sets.

I have been using this place for 5 years to get my nails done for special occasions and this is the worst experience I’ve had yet. Granted the other times haven’t been very great either… I asked for a full set and a manicure, well I didn’t get the manicure and the man was not happy to make the acrylics short, as I don’t like long nails. I asked him to go shorter and he was vividly mad and did not do a good job after this, honestly was horrible after I asked. He did a very poor job and the clear part of my French is very splotchy and the clear coat doesn’t even cover the whole nails… and the white part is not even. I will not be going back and was very disappointed as a paying customer to be treated in this way when I was very kind in asking. Very very disappointed to pay this money for a job done this badly…

Got a gel manicure done 4 days ago. I noticed the day I got it done it wasn’t close to my cuticle at all and it was like clumped all at the tip of my nail (darker than the rest of my nail) but they were already closed. Then the second day, my thumb paint started peeling. I went back and showed them and they said they would fix it. I said I needed to go home since it was close to their closing time already (I also have dogs that needed to be taken out) and asked if I could come back the next day when I had more time. They said no. Really?!? Never will I go back. When I showed her my nails, she asked if i sat on the left or right side. So if you go in, I guess don’t sit on the left.
