The gentleman that did my nails I didn’t get his name but won’t forget his face, did amazing with the pic I showed him. Got the color and design spot on….. Was my first time here. Just moved here from Raleigh. Made an appointment for 2:00. Got there a bit early to pick nail color. Was seated right at 2:00 with Helen. She was friendly and worked fast but carefully. I hadn’t had a fill in 4 weeks as I was moving. So my nails were a mess. She did a beautiful job. Shop was clean and pleasant. And very busy. I will return.

I have always came here to do my nails and always liked it but this time it was horrible. As soon as i walked in everyone was mad i was told they where ready for me and the lady did not even tell me to wash my hands or nothing i showed her the picture of what i wanted and said i cant do that so i showed her another one and she said choose your color and i got my color and she kept saying no you need a lighter one so i just let her choose. I am not satisfied with my nails they were done poorly. And the whole time she kept saying your moving to much. When i told her if she could fix one of my nails she rolled her eyes and pulled my hand i will never be coming back again. And i wouldn’t recommend pretty nails to anyone // i went that day with my friend who it was her first time and she said it was a horrific experience the lady who did her nails was mad and was doing everything in a bad manor and she cut my friends finger on the side from filing so hard my friend pulled her hand back and the lady did not even apologize but only rolled her eyes got some glue and slapped it on to the cut which was very painful and burned. We will not be coming back !!

Planned a special day with my 7yr old niece to get manicures ( my 1st) My niece enjoyed her experience the women who did her nails was very nice took her time and conversed with my niece . The man who did mine I felt was abit rude ( even my niece commented to me he was rude) , I felt rushed. Minutes after leaving I had to go back in and have my nails fixed ,they were very rough on the edges , he did file then smooth ( which should have been done with manicure) Needless to say I was not impressed with him .But I’m glad my niece enjoyed the experience. In the future was going to take her for a pedicure..not sure if will be there…. new add to review.. nails were peeling off so tried to get them off what a mess ruined my nails ..looks like glue was put on before gel polish ..

I took my daughter and her best friends to get manicures and pedicures for my daughter’s 8th birthday 1/25/23. I booked an appointment for 2pm online, we get there and we have to wait to be seen, What’s the point of having appointments if you do walk ins too. I wanted the girls to get both but only got a pedicure. My daughter took a shower that night and the polish came off so I’m not happy that I spent $35 for a gel polish and it didn’t even last 12 hours.

The man doing my pedicure was super rough. The first thing he did was use a drill to shave down my toenails. It was so bad I scream ow. He then cut my nails super short. Then he scrubbed the bottom of my feet super rough. Won’t be coming back. I will be taking my business up the street Pedicure
