She’s very professional and I always enjoy getting to sit and talk with her on my appointment days. I’ve been going to Pretty Nails Spa for a while now—I’ve tried a couple other places and this is by far the best nails salon in the Villages. Today was my first trip in a few months so the woman who used to do my nails was no longer there. Hannah is the woman I saw today and she did an absolutely fantastic job. I got dip nails with tips and she listened to everything I told her and they turned out perfect, exactly how I wanted them. She was very efficient but thorough and with an eyebrow wax and the dips I was in and out of there within an hour.

Hannah is usually the person I go to for all of my nail services and she is fabulous in everything that she does but I also go to Kayla as well and she doesn’t disappoint either. They will make your nail designs become a reality. Nothing is too impossible! All of the staff there is soo friendly and they all work together to make sure your needs are met. Would recommend this place to anyone hands down! If you are looking for a nail salon, look no further…this is your place!

I recently moved to the area and have been struggling to find the right nail salon. I have visited at least eight salons and have been less than pleased with the service I received. On a whim, I stopped at this salon and was so impressed! Just walking in the door. I was immediately greeted with a formal receptionist that discussed the services that would suit me best. Because I did not have an appointment, I waited no more than 10 minutes, which was fantastic, and was then escorted to Hannah’s chair. Before she got started she asked me lots of questions about how I like my nails done, what style I preferred, and of course a polish selection. I loved her attention to detail, the amount of time she took to make them look right, and she was very friendly. Throughout the entire process, she kept checking with me to ensure my satisfaction. Before I left, I wanted to make another appointment but she was going to be on vacation at that time and immediately provided me with a referral to one of the other technicians. I couldn’t be more pleased with the salon and can’t wait to go back! Thank you, Hannah, for making this an amazing experience for me and a dedicated customer for life!

After going to several different nail shops in the area I just couldn’t find somebody that was a true professional. Make an appointment with this nail spa a day before based on their reviews. I ended up with Hannah who is the manager. She is a perfectionist. The best new set of nails I’ve gotten since I moved here eight years ago! I will be making my appointments with Hannah in the future. Not sure how long this will last they are gel not powder. With a “cat eye” finish. Everywhere I’ve been in the last couple days everybody is complementing my nails. Thanks Hannah for an excellent job!

Just started going to this nail/spa business. Really enjoy my time there, it’s clean, quiet, very friendly and you have the option of customizing your pedicure with salt scrubs, essential oil’s etc. Waxing is also available. Because it’s a bigger space, you don’t feel overpowered with fumes either.
