Nail tech filled in my nails and did an amazing job! If my nails start to pop off I’ll edit this post and update it but so far they’re great and very sturdy. He was very detailed and took his time which was awesome because I’ve had techs rush through my nails and it’s left to not so great quality of nails, so it was very appreciated and tipped well!

I love the mail experience. This place does a good job and has been around a long time. My only complaint: is I spent way longer than I planned despite making an appointment. They were slow to get me started. The foot massage during the pedicure was quite painful. I felt like the gentleman was pushing very hard on my pressure points. Did a nice job. One irritating policy..they charge $1. If you use a credit card. Who wants to write a check or handle cash right after you have your nails done! And after your pedicure when they paint your nails you can’t stay in the comfy chair you have to move to a very uncomfortable chair at a table.

This review is a roller coaster but please stay with me. I’ve gone to this place for the last four years, and regularly for the last year and they’re usually great which is why I leave 5 stars. I always come in with fun new ideas and I’m usually greeted by the same cast of happy people ready to experiment with me (I mostly do silly colors or odd combos). Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m never going back. I went in for a simple two step service for my birthday. I have to spend it alone this year so I thought I’d treat myself; a gel manicure with chrome powder topper. I was greeted as usual for my appointment and was sent off to my stylist after removing my old manicure. This stylist proceeded to give me the fastest, sloppiest gel polishing I’ve ever received. No manicure, no trim or cuticle cleanup, just application after removing my remaining manicure. He hurt me throughout that service while sanding down my nails with excessive pressure, but his whole demeanor of frustration made me too uncomfortable to say anything. By time it came to the second half of the service, it was clear we were not on the same page about what I wanted, I tried to make it clear but eventually had to just tell him to stop and say just the gel application would do because I was moments from tears. Never in my life have I been made to feel like such an annoying inconvenience. I was looked at like my request was ridiculous and too much work, but it’s a common service I received many times before. I left, tipping 10$ on a 30$ service because I was too close to crying to stay and try to amend things. I left with the worst manicure I’ve every received there (which is not even bad compared to some places but it’s definitely transparent, bumpy, and no manicure service was performed) and I’m now having the worst birthday of my life. The shape of my nails is all natural and cannot be accredited to the two milliseconds of filing he did per nail. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in the over-booked, over-stressed atmosphere this place has begun to cater to. I’m sad to probably never go back again.

This is a very busy salon, so at times, it feels as if the nail techs are rushing, which can sometimes cause some quality issues. However the techs I’ve had are all very friendly. The price for pedicures feels very high for comparable nail salons, if you get a gel manicure and pedicure it will run you a little over a $100, they also do surcharging, so if you have cash, definitely pay in cash.
