I had someone inexperienced do my toes and soak off the whole time I was in pain it wasn’t even enjoyable. I have acrylic toes and the lady who did my toes gave me burns from the nail drill on every single toe. Even after I told her she was burning me and leaving the drill in one spot for too long. Then I had to wait for a fullset and soak off and they had her do my soak off. When I tell you again she drilled my nails so thin and burned them again hitting me multiple times with the drill. I told the lady doing my fullset and it seemed like she just called the lady over who put me in pain and told her to look at her filing my nails. I’m bleeding underneath the nail she filed down so hard on and I feel like I was charged too much $75 for nails and $90 for my toes almost spent $200 in services that were anything but relaxing.

There was a very rude lady I didn’t get her name , but she was just awful she cut my pinky and just ruined the whole design even after I asked if she could do the marble design. So I got upset and told her I’d wait for someone else , I went w this lady names Ha , she was very sweet and fixed my nails she was very nice I’d book w her if I ever go. The pictures are after I left the disrespectful lady.

Came in town from Memphis. Needed nail repair and manicure. I didn’t even get a chance to sit to wait, when they called me to start. Jenny hooked me up. She was kind and professional. She was gentle with my nails. Awesome job

I am very picky, Ivy has been doing my nails for a year now and I leave in awe every time. The shape and length perfect and symmetric. She can create custom colors and her designs on point. I can show her anything and she can recreate it. She has got to know me and my style and makes great recommendations too. The rest of the staff is mostly friendly and professional. I have had lashes done there too, reasonable priced. With exception to the young man at the check-in desk. I don’t like his tone and he disrespectfully speaks to his mother who does nails there, and some of the other hard working woman there, but not to the men who do nails there. If you can ignore that It’s a great shop and clean. I highly recommend it.

Had a pedicure done this weekend at Pretty Nails. I been going there for 20+ years. No complaints in the past. I feel they just pulled her for off the street. I totally understand that no one wants to work. But, please make sure when you got someone they know they basics. It was TOTALLY horrifying the gal that did my pedicure was a total amateur did not know what she was doing AND she tried to pull out an ingrown toenail and made me bleed severely! She wanted to keep continuing with the service.

After going here for more than 5 years I had the worst experience. A lady sitting by door on the left side made it a horrible time she is very rude and thinks she is the owner!! I tried to get one nail fixed, she refused to let Ivy fix my one nail because I didn’t have an appointment. I explained to them I would wait for the next available tech. After waiting for 35 min a young man was available. The front desk girl was back by then. The front desk lady asked what service I required I told her my one nail to be fixed. She asked the young guy to take me next, the lady sitting by the door started screaming and said no she has to wait. Meanwhile the guy looked shocked and eventually said no to the front desk girl and went outside to no NOTHING! I got up and left thankfully because of this I was able to go to Signature Nails and have a wonderful experience and even found my original nail tech Jenny and her mother who are the best! I will never go back to this nail salon ever again!

This was my first time at this Nail Salon. The one I usually go to was beyond rude. I’ve seen this place multiple times before. Even called about pricing. I love the name. Everytime I get my nails/toes done I feel so pretty!!! I called them about 50 minutes or so before closing to ask how much for a pedicure & see what time they closed. I asked if they could get me in & the lady who responded said absolutely if I could come now. I didn’t get the Lady’s name who did my pedicure, but she was great!!! I will absolutely be back! Thank you again ma’am.

Use to have 5 stars but the front desk girl working was snarky I asked for a specific person and she said she’d be able to take me and called me later 15 minutes late to see if I still wanted her and I said yes I was two minutes away and she said okay but when I got there she said she wouldn’t be able to take me I then asked her if I could get a different person and she said yes let me do some stuff fist and she sat for 10 minutes drinking her boba and walked out for another 5 minutes on her phone and then came back to sit for another 5 and finally asked someone to do my nails I’d understand if I was rude or gave her attitude but I didn’t I hope I didn’t offend her when I came in or anything. She was nicer in the end and let my mom get a manicure which was nice because it was her first time at a nail salon hopefully I have a better experience next time.
