My Sister and I both had appointments at 2p.m. for pedicures, my sister got there after me and they took her first which I didn’t have a problem with, but they wanted to do my pedicure almost 30 mins after. The purpose of us going together was to get our feet done at the same time. I decided to reschedule until the next day but then they went to talk about me in their language thinking I’m too dumb to realize what they were saying and I canceled my appt. I’d never go back there again. One bad experience is enough for me!!!

Regular polish comes off within a couple of daysaking your hands look like you didn’t just get them done. Needs to figure how to prolong the finished product. My manicure did not seem like one just small clip here and there, charged for full service.

They use to be really good. I went there faithfully for years but they are just getting worse. 1. They rush too much. My nails look gross and it’s inconvenient when you have to go back to get things fixed. I get my eyebrows done and once again because they are rushing, the bixth took half my eyebrow off, just in time for my birthday. Just means it’s time for me to find a new place to be loyal with. Never going back there. They were out the way anyways

Terrible service. I went to another salon for a full set. Had an accident and broke one of my nails. I went to this salon to get it fixed and get a fill. The nail they “fixed” broke 2 days later because the acrylic they use is cheap. Staff is very rude. I told the girl I wanted my nails square and she did not listen and filed them coffin shape. She cut my fingers several times when filing them. Also when I got a polish change on my toes she did not use a base coat so my toenails are YELLOW now. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Go to Lavish in West Hartford.
