A man there did my nails with the S & S dip powder and he was very disrespectful when I asked him to fix my nails that looked caved in on the ends. He sat there and explained “that’s why I asked you for the shape before” and was rude when I just asked for a simple fix. If I’m paying 45 dollars (and left a tip) I expect to like what’s on MY hands.

Made an appt last week and was told they were 2 hours behind when I got there for my 10:50 appt… now mind you they only opened at 10… I left. Today I made a 10:00 appt to be here at opening time… im still waiting at 10:45… im staying today because im desperate but won’t bother to come back. There’s plenty of other nail shops around. If they can’t be bothered to keep their appts, I cant be bothered to cone back.

First experience wasn’t bad. The second one I got sns and it was super thick and not on all of my nail. Plus I had the bright color all over my fingers. Like allll over. And my skin was stuck to my nails. I had to ask them several times to fix it and it seemed like a huge bother.

My sister, my girlfriend, and I both decided last minute to go to Pretty Nails to get a pedicure. It was my first time ever going here and the employees were extremely kind and did amazing work. Jenny did my pedicure and she was funny, sweet, and did an awesome job. She made my feet extremely soft and my nails are painted perfectly. I will definitely be going back to see her! 🙂
