I won’t be back. First, I would only go here where school is in session because I went once summer and the two most undisciplined children I’d ever seen were allowed to run around, scream, cuss and there was nothing relaxing about it. The owner seemed to think the bad behavior of her children was funny. Second, they are almost always rude… until today when they had this new software that texted and asked me to leave a review on Space POS. Third, today I went in and chose the $30 pedicure which according to their menu included a paraffin wax (which I declined) and a mud mask. When she skipped the mud mask, I brought it to everyone’s attention. I was told that “they” had messed up and a mud mask was not included in the $30 pedicure and it would cost an extra $10. $10 extra for a mud mask?!?!? Insane! While a good business would eat their mistake (especially since I declined the paraffin wax) and do the mud mask, they told me too bad! Talk about bait and switch. Then they tried to get me finished and out before my nails had dried and talked about me as they finished up. There’s a reason this place is rarely busy. Then after they sent me the text asking for a review on Space POS, that system wouldn’t let me leave this review.
