Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Awful place have to get my nails re done and was cut three times. There was hair in my nails I wasn’t given a choice on length and they just looked awful overall. I had enough and asked to get the fixed by her she claimed it was my fault that they looked bad and yelled at me. The worst service I have ever had. I’m not one to normally complain. I just won’t go back. But this one was so bad. You could not understand anything she said and the nails are all different lengths and shapes.! They look like my 5 year old painted them. Then 2 broke 3 days later and the gel polish came off 3 other ones. When I went back to have her fix them she wanted to charge me 15 more buck! I don’t think she even deserve one star! It was so bad

My husband and i went to get pedicures before Father’s Day and also I got a french manicure acrylic set. She cut my husband’s nails way too short on his toes. I got gel paid $20 more and they look like my 7 year old painted my toes my acrylic set is lifting , there sparse areas where she didn’t add enough acrylic wouldn’t recommend, paid over $120 and just wasn’t what I expected.

I came to this establishment 4 days ago. I had to tell the lady four times to keep grinding down my nail because it was about 1/4 inch thick. She didn’t put the polish on the entire nail and she didn’t take the gel all the way to the cuticle. Last night I lost a nail at about 7 pm. I came to the shop to get my money back less that 24 hours later and the woman wouldn’t give me my money back. Then I reconsidered an application of the nail she refused and told me to leave. I would give this place no stars if I could.

The first time I went was great, but upon trying a few more times, the quality was not good. Only one lady works there and she made my acrylics much too thick. When I asked her to make them thinner, she said that it was my nails that do that… never had that problem before. I won’t be going back.

If I could give this a negative amount of stars I WOULD! This is the WORST nail place in Spokane. I had an appointment in the area and needed a fill so I went here instead of my normal place. Within two hours I had three broken nails and four others were chipping away at the corners. I went back in to have them fixed and I was told I would have to pay for a full set! I can usually go three weeks in-between fills and not have an issue, not here. Do Not waste your money! I was not only charged more than the listed fill price, but they were done horribly!

Came in from out of town for nails, I literally sat there for 15 mins because I wanted to pay with a one hundred dollar bill and she would just refuse to take it because she was sure it was fake! She literally sat there holding the money and checking it in the light. I’ve never felt so embarrassed , she finally seen it was real. Horrible stereotype women. My nails were way too thick and un even . Just TERRIBLE! Save your money.
